President's Message
Dear Ontario Conference Adventist Church Family,
As we reflect on our rich history and look forward to the future, I am filled with gratitude for each member of our vibrant community. Since our inception in 1899, the Ontario Conference has been dedicated to serving the diverse population of Ontario with the distinctive, Christ-centered message of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. With 177 congregations and over 36,700 members, we have touched the lives of countless individuals across the province. We continue to uphold our mission of reaching Ontario and the world with hope and wholeness.
As we celebrate our 125th Anniversary, we have much to anticipate. Our vision of "Connecting Like Jesus" guides us in creating safe spaces where all people can worship, grow in their understanding of Christ, and be equipped to make disciples in preparation for His imminent return. We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission expanding God’s Kingdom and being a growing and multiplying conference.
At the heart of our mission is a deep sense of compassion for those in need and a commitment to advocating for the marginalized and discriminated. We embrace unity in ministry and mission, fostering an intergenerational culture where young and adults work together to become more like Jesus.
As we embark on this journey, let us remain steadfast in prayer, seeking the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit in all our endeavors. May our plans be blessed, and each member be empowered to act within their homes, churches, and communities.
Together, let us continue to shine the light of Christ in Ontario and beyond.
In His Service,
