Department Mission Statement

The goal of the Adventurer, Masterguide, and Pathfinder (AMP) Club Ministries is to foster a culture of discipleship where Adventurers, Pathfinders, and Master Guides feel valued and empowered to become effective communicators of God’s love through word and deed, and to inspire and mentor them to reach others in preparation for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Adventurer Ministry is designed to assist parents or legal guardians in their important responsibility as a child’s primary teacher and evangelizer. Adventurer children (ages 4-9) are involved in various learning activities that help them develop physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually.

The Pathfinder Ministry provides for the all-round development of youth ages 10 to 15. They enjoy the benefits of learning crafts, living healthy lives, engaging in fun activities and meeting new friends. They participate in a variety of activities including camporee, camping, hiking, outreach programs, recreation and sports, leadership training, and many more.

The Master Guide Ministry intends to prepare baptized members (ages 16 and older) for leadership roles in the Adventurer, Pathfinder, and Youth ministries of the Church. It seeks to empower Christ-like leaders through effective training and to deploy them for service.
