In-store Pick Up
We will notify you when your items are ready for pick up. When you come to pick up your order, please notify one of our associates that you are here to pick up your order.
We will hold your order in the store for 7 days; if it is not picked up your order will be cancelled. You may have someone pick up for you; in the comment section please put the name of the person you would like to pick up your order.
Mobile Store
We deliver! The ABC Mobile Store provides service on a regular schedule to pre-set local church locations throughout Ontario. Check the Mobile Store schedule or call 905-579-2311 or Toll-Free 1-800-263-3791.

Once your order is processed you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your order and the location where it is to be delivered. Before paying for your order, you will be able to see the cost of shipping your order.

Here are a few things to note when making a return:
- Please make sure to return items purchased within 60 calendar days upon purchase of your items.
- Returns need to have a receipt.
- Items need to be in the same condition as when they were received.

Refunds
Once ABC Christian Bookstore receives approved returned items, customers will be issued a refund to the original method of payment.
