It is said that there is no timeline to grieving the loss of our loved ones. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler say...

“The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not ‘get over’ the loss of a loved one; you’ll learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to.”

Journeying with Grief is a once-a-month support group aimed at those who have experienced loss and still dealing with the impact of that loss. In our sessions together, we will learn about the grieving process, learn some tools to help navigate life without our loved ones, and share some resources that will help us in this journey.
