L to R: Mansfield Edwards, Ontario Conference president; Brian Koldyk, the Cessna’s pilot/manager, Ray Young, AWA Operations / Canadian Project manager; Jakov Bibulovic, Ontario Conference executive secretary
Last fall, Ontario Conference dedicated a Cessna 185 aircraft obtained in collaboration with Adventist World Aviation (AWA). The Cessna was acquired to support the health and humanitarian needs of remote/isolated Indigenous communities in Northwestern Ontario, who suffer a disproportionate risk for lifestyle diseases. Starting this spring, the Cessna will enable volunteers to assist with health training, agricultural projects and other humanitarian services in the North.
