Bolton Adventist Company Sustains Its Annual Food Bank Volunteer Efforts

This fall, the Bolton Seventh-day Adventist Company continued its annual food bank volunteer program, strengthening its partnerships with Caledon Community Services and The Bolton Exchange.
On October 18 and October 25, 2025, company members and guests came together for two consecutive weekends of community outreach and service through door-to-door evangelism and food collection. Volunteers from Personal Ministries, Women’s Ministries, and Men’s Ministries carefully organized the initiative, forming dedicated teams and pairs to visit neighbourhoods across Bolton right after Sabbath services.
Volunteers, with warm smiles and compassion, shared details about The Exchange’s food support program and gathered various non-perishable items, such as pasta, canned goods, cereals, and other pantry staples. Their kindness was rewarded with generous donations from the local community, successfully collecting 310 pounds of food to aid families and individuals experiencing food insecurity in Bolton and Caledon.
This heartfelt effort highlights the church’s ongoing mission to help neighbours in need, especially during a time when many families are struggling with rising grocery costs and decreasing affordability. Through these acts of kindness and service, the Bolton Seventh-day Adventist Company continues to embody the Christian principle of love in action—supporting those vulnerable to hunger and hardship.
Looking ahead, the Bolton company plans to continue its valued annual tradition of volunteering with local food support agencies, thereby strengthening community ties and demonstrating its faith through practical acts of compassion.
