What is the God’s Ambassador Development Center?

God’s Ambassador Development Center (formerly the Ontario Conference School of Evangelism and Discipleship) was founded in 2018 to teach and train church pastors, leaders, and members to serve in the Lord’s mission.

The God’s Ambassador Development Center (GADC) is an online center dedicated to preparing and training men and women to be effective God’s Ambassadors who stand for the kingdom of God on earth until the Second Coming of Christ.

Many practical seminars begin every two months online. Each seminar is designed to equip participants with church ministry skills so they can be effective God’s ambassadors in finishing God’s mission. Each seminar lasts approximately 90 minutes.

All GADC practical seminars are prepared in four different tracks, which are adopted from the S4 Elements of the Ontario Conference Strategic Plan of 2023–2028 and “Christ’s method alone” (adopted from the Ministry of Healing, p. 73.4).

• Spiritual: This track focuses on training participants with different skills such as personal, family, and corporate worship; personal spiritual disciplines; and corporal disciplines, so that they can become faithful MASTER-WORSHIPPERS (worshiping only God as their Lord) before they begin sharing the gospel with others.
• Share: This track focuses on training participants in skills such as finding a person of peace in their oikos, witnessing for Christ, engaging in small-group evangelism, encouraging and mentoring others (or being mentored), and other ministry skills so that they can become effective MISSIONARIES in their community.
• Service: This track focuses on training participants in skills such as running church community services, hosting public bridge events, establishing prison ministries, and other ministry skills so that they can become effective MINISTERS in their community.
• Servant: This track focuses on training participants in skills such as revitalizing declining or plateauing churches, planning new churches, conducting NCD assessments, leading local churches, and other leadership skills so that they can become effective church MULTIPLIERS in their community.
